Thanks to A La Mode Stuff 's challenge to notice those 'moments' and fully appreciate life, I am paying more attention. Here are some photos from two different opportunities to notice the small and beautiful things . . . taken at my favorite park in Glendale, AZ
They have the most wonderul rose bushes at Sahuaro Ranch Park and I couldn't resist taking photos during my walk on Sunday
And yesterday, late afternoon with the wind blowing and rain clouds in the sky I went for a walk to clear the work day out of my head. These grapevines caught my attention and
I love the closeup of the 'future grapes'

then I heard this guy moving around under the grapevines and couldn't resist his or her beauty So thankful for this series of OMs (One Moment)this week. Thanks again to A La Mode Stuff for arranging this OM meetup. We all need to remember to take 'one moment' to stop and appreciate something.

Walks truly bring out the best moments. It has amazed me how many things I take for granted every day. Seeing a peacock on a walk would be amazing!
And the flowers in your climate are always so fragrant. I can almost smell them through the screen ;)
Thank you for sharing your moments!!
Thank you for arranging the meet up. I'm glad I stumbled across it, thanks to Candied Fabrics.
I love those peacocks, they fascinate me and I never tire of taking pictures of them, especially when I can get rather close.
And you are right about walks,I just need to make time for them more often, at least while the weather is still nice.
Thanks for stopping by my blog. I miss you too and AZ and the fun we had there. Hubby is not well and I can't get out or do much, he is the priority now. Hope things are going well for you!!
Hi Karen, I am saying prayers for you and your husband. I hope he does better soon! Hang in there.
Thanks Melly! Means a lot coming from you. I hope we can connect when you're here in August for AU.
Lovely birds! Beats the scenery here in my neighborhood!
I cannot even express how fortunate I feel to have this park less than 10 minutes from where I live. I will be posting my latest walk-photos soon. Got one spreading his feathers. Thanks for stopping by and for commenting. I haven't visited blogs in a while and I always enjoy your.
